The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the safe management and completion of asphalt and base course projects. Responsibilities include project management, scheduling, materials and equipment procurement, personnel management and quality control.
You must demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills. Your qualifications shall include supervisory field experience, knowledge in soils, asphalt and the handling and placing of aggregates in addition to strong written and verbal communication skills.
Post secondary education is an asset but not a requirement. An excellent compensation package is provided for the individual that employs a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
This is a full-time position.
